JAM

I'm going to introduce a Japanese band named Judy and Mary. Abbreviated expressions are JAM or Judymari. There are 4 people in the band. The vocalist is YUKI. The guitarist is Takuya. The bassist is Yoshito Onda. The drumer is Kouta Igarashi. Sadly, they are out of action because the band disbanded on 2001.

YUKI is from Hokkaido. She is 38 years old and her birthday is February 17. She is still acting as a solo singer. She released 5 albums as a solo singer. I like Takuya's guitar performance. I respect him. I want to play the guitar like him, but I can't.

They have come out on 1993 with their debut single named POWER OF LOVE. Their 9th single named Sobakasu became a million seller. On 1997, their 4 th album, THE POWER SOURCE sold nearly 3 million copies and became the best-selling album of JUDY AND MARY. On 2000, they released the first greatest hits album, FRESH and sold more than two million copies. However, they announsed disbanding on a full-page ad of a national news paper. They have released 6 original albums which are JAM, ORANGE SUNSHINE, MIRACLE DIVING, THE POWER SOURCE, POP LIFE and WARP.
